When you submit an enquiry or cap design, we may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, address, product requirements, quantities, required date, selected design options, files you upload and any other information you provide.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, discuss artwork and manage related business communications.
3. Files and sensitive information
Only submit artwork and photographs you have permission to share. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
4. Storage and disclosure
This website is hosted using Cloudflare services. When you submit an enquiry or cap design, your details and attachments are processed through Resend for delivery to TC Coolers’ business email account. Cloudflare and Resend may process this information as service providers, and TC Coolers may retain it as reasonably needed for quote follow-up and business records. We do not sell personal information.
5. Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information held about you by emailing admin@tccoolers.com.
6. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not currently enabled. This policy will be updated if additional tracking technology is introduced.
